Location info
Guest scores and detailed hotel feedback
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. Despite the rooms smelling of smoke in a supposed non-smoking hotel, being noisy even after requesting a quiet room from Bruce at check-in, and the bedsheet change delay, the location next to a huge mall and metro station was excellent. The service was efficient and friendly, making it a mixed experience overall.
The hotel had some issues with maintenance, such as dusty rooms and noisy environment, even after requesting a quiet room at check-in. Despite these setbacks, the staff were kind and helpful. The location was excellent with easy access to a major train station and a nearby mall. The dining options were decent, although room for improvement.
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The location was excellent, near East China Normal University and right next to a huge mall with many dining choices, but the rooms were a bit noisy and could have been cleaner. The service was efficient overall, but there were delays with room readiness. The dining experience was okay but could be improved. The facilities were decent, with convenient amenities available.
The hotel's location is excellent, right next to the subway station and overlooking it, but the rooms were not well-maintained, with dusty bedsheets not changed for three days and a faint cigarette smoke smell. The service was pleasant and efficient, with friendly and helpful porters and concierge. The dining options were varied but lacked in authentic local cuisine. The facilities were acceptable, though not outstanding.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were under maintenance, but the staff did change the bedsheets after 3 days. Unfortunately, the room was very dusty and had a lingering smell of cigarette smoke. The service was friendly overall, with the porters and concierge being very helpful, but there was a delay during check-in due to the room not being cleaned on time. The location was excellent, right next to a large mall with various dining options and close to a metro station, making it convenient for exploring Shanghai. The dining experience was not particularly impressive, with limited options and repetitive dishes. Though the facilities were decent, the rooms needing maintenance impacted the overall experience.
